We are looking for a Project Admin Assistant and Document Coordinator to support our Design Management Team and ensure the successful and coordinated delivery of projects. This is a full-time permanent role and can be based in our Bath, Edinburgh, London or Manchester office with hybrid working available (2 days in the office).

Key duties:

The tasks and responsibilities may vary to suit the needs of each project, but are typically drawn from the following:

  • Controlling company and project documentation
  • Following and improving document control procedures
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
  • Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
  • Producing document progress reports for senior managers
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits
  • Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
  • Assisting in the planning stages of a specific project
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
Your skills and experience:
  • Excellent IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and prioritise tasks appropriately.
  • Can identify where processes may benefit from improvement.
  • Aconex Proficiency.
