Grade E - £24,244 (National Framework) or £29,646 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home.

You will provide administrative support to the Inquiries and Investigations team to efficiently deliver CQC’s response to inquiries and investigations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, alongside numerous Inquiries Advisors, Lawyers, Analysts, and paralegals. There is one position for an Inquiries Administrator and you will be interacting with a range of specialists within the Legal Directorate and across the organisation.

What you will bring…

As a key member of the Inquiries & Investigations team, you will provide administrative support to the team as they work on and respond to inquiries and investigations.

This is an interesting and varied role, requiring excellent organisational skills with experience in managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines. You will have experience of independent research and report writing.

This role requires an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in everything we do.

You will ideally come from a legal background however if you have at least 2 years’ experience in a professional environment then we would love to hear from you.
