Contract: Permanent - Start date ASAP.
Hours: 8 hours (Tue and Thursday 16:00 - 20:00) or 15 hours (09:00-17:00 Friday and Saturday)
Location: Romford Depot. Unit 40 - Bates Industrial Estate Church Road - Harolds Wood, Romford, Essex, RM3 0HU

We’re looking for creative online marketplace assistant to join Cancer Research UK’s Online Marketplace team in (Insert Depot) . This could be your opportunity to work in your local area for one of the UK’s most trusted brands with all the benefits that brings. Our Online Marketplace Team sort, identify, value, photograph, and list items onto our online marketplace platforms such as eBay, D ep op, Vestiaire and ASOS.

In this role you’ll be trained on all parts of the process; however, this role will have a strong focus on Photography, Stock Receipt and Dispatch. You will be photographing pre-loved items and working in our depot unpacking boxes and organising stock. Further more you will be support in preparing customer orders for dispatch which includes, picking, packing, and sorting stock.

What will I be doing?
Unpacking deliveries and sorting items into the correct categories
Researching items where required to check if the value meets the requirements
Taking High Quality photo’s as per brand guidelines
Creating accurate descriptions of each item to enable accurate listing.
Working to agreed daily targets for photography.
Prepare customer orders for dispatch – this includes lifting and moving stock of different weight and sizes where appropriate.
Picking, packing, and sorting sold items within the dispatch department.
In cases will be able to support the end-to-end process of reviewing stock, photography, listing and dispatch.
What skills are you looking for?
Experience of working with targets
Excellent eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
Excellent time management
Experience with photography would be beneficial but is not essential.
An interest in clothes, antiques, collectables, or Jewellery would be beneficial but is not essential.
