THE TEAM:
- Our Shipping team is comprised of highly skilled professionals known for their deep understanding of the maritime sector and their ability to navigate complex legal challenges.
- The team works on a broad range of issues, including but not limited to shipbuilding contracts, charter party advice, cargo claims, marine insurance, international trade matters and ocean freight agreements, ship sale and purchase, offshore commercial contracts and ship registration.
- As a member of this team, you will be working in a collaborative environment that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Our specialist Shipping subject-matter experts are supported with our full-service capability in relevant fields such as procurement, banking and international arbitration.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE ROLE:
- You will have direct interaction with domestic and international clients, providing them with strategic legal advice tailored to their unique needs within the shipping industry.
