We are seeking an outstanding Casual Night Waiter/ Waitress to join our In Room Dining team responsible for creating exquisite dining experiences within the comfort of the guests bedroom.

• Ensure that all food and beverage orders are delivered to the rooms to the highest standards
• Support the team during service to ensure a smooth operation
• Support a team to ensure that additional duties such as clearing, refreshing of mini-bars and delivery of amenities are achieved
• Ensure that the pantry areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy
• Maintain a positive relationship with the in room dining and kitchen team

• Experience as a waiter/ waitress in a fast paced restaurant or In Room Dining environment
• 4 or 5-star or experience in a similar position is essential for this role
• Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
• Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken English is essential
• Ability to work in a high pressured environment
• Outstanding attention to detail
