At Concentrix, we are Fanatical about our staff and the support that we provide to all of our customers that call every day and our team is growing. We are currently recruiting for experienced customer service advisors that have previously worked in the energy sector to join a new line of business that we are adding to our client account with one of the country’s leading energy suppliers. This work from home opportunity will allow you to support customers who are currently getting their energy through a pre-payment meter to ensure that this is suitable for them.
This is a 40 hour per week permanent contract. Shifts will fall between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 830-4pm if you are in on a Saturday. (you will work 5/6 days on rota)
Salary is £11.50 per hour (23,920.00pa)
- Taking inbound calls from our pre-payment customers to review the suitability of the customer being in pre-payment mode by completing Safe and Practical checks.
- Assisting our customers and addressing issues on their account to provide support and ensure they stay on supply
- Making executive decisions - potentially changing customers to credit from prepayment due to vulnerability if it is the right thing to do.
- Providing customers with useful information on how to manage their Prepayment usage, providing emergency contact information and information and advice on how to get the most out of their metres.
- Identifying vulnerable customers and offering additional support to them
- IT skills are essential, you will ensure that all information is recorded onto the systems accurately, escalating when necessary to ensure that each caller is supported appropriately.
Our dedicated training team will provide you with all of the tools to do the job, and although there is a lot of information to take in, the team will support you through full comprehensive training and a nesting period where you will begin on the service with additional on the job support.

Your Home set up:
To be able to work from home you must have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work. You will also be required to use an Ethernet cable and connect it to your home router.
