Control Room Administrator - Mitie National Operations Centre

Mitie, the UKs principal facilities management and professional services company, are growing our National Operations Centre Team and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis.

When: Were looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Hours: 42hrs per week working Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £29,120 per annum

About the role:

The role will be using our bespoke computer system to amend schedules, whilst liaising with our client to ensure weekly requests are inputted on to our system and filled with the trained staff. There will also be a need to answer phones in a polite and friendly way speaking to both our colleagues and clients.

About you:

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
• Accuracy and attention to detail
