Blue Cross is searching for a passionate and organised individual to join our dynamic Corporate Partnerships & Events team!

More about the role

In this exciting, fixed-term role until the end of the year, youll play a key role in securing crucial support for our mission. Youll be responsible for connecting with businesses who share our passion for animal welfare, fostering strong relationships with corporate partners, and supporting the planning and execution of unforgettable events that raise vital funds. As the first point of contact for both partners and event attendees, your communication skills will be key. Youll provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for everyone involved. Your strong administrative background and keen eye for detail will also be essential in managing tasks like data entry and social media content creation. About you
Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ideally, youll have experience working in an office setting and feel comfortable building strong relationships with people at all levels. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, is essential to excel in this role.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
  • Proven administrative skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • IT literate with MS Office and web-based databases and platforms
  • Good social media skills across all mainstream platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding and apply our Blue Cross values
A bonus if you have:
  • Experience with corporate relationships
  • Experience of CRM databases
  • Knowledge of the charity sector
