We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Facilities Administrator to work as part of our Facilities & Compliance Team and in line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe.
The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for working in the Facilities & Compliance team to help deliver the following:
- Provide administration services to Head of Facilities & Compliance.
- Arrange team and finance meetings, take and produce minutes for circulation, draft and circulate Agendas.
- To process purchase orders for Head of Facilities & Compliance and associated team.
- To assist with invoice queries from suppliers.
- Maintain and update the facilities helpdesk and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain and update internal templates, costs, information, predicted event hours.
- To be the facilities team and champion working with IT and the Project Teams in line with SEC Technology strategy.
- Co-ordinate business travel for the team.
- To map and maintain all facilities experience processes.
