Head of Global Service Proposition – Multinational & DUAs Are you a highly skilled service professional with a depth of Global insurance experience, who is looking for their next opportunity? A bit about the job: Multinational and DUAs are two key growth deliverables at Aviva GCS as we build out our Global proposition to support our partners and customers. With plans to double our GWP in the next 3 years, this newly created role will be responsible for designing and managing a service framework to support these two key segments. Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Significant service delivery management experience in a commercial environment
• Ability to build out a sophisticated service framework which drives streamlining and automation to increase consistency in delivery
• International insurance experience with a focus on regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and confident in stakeholder management, particularly at C-suite/Snr Executives level

• Starting salary Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
