• Manages multiple IT projects from Project Management aspect, ensuring the timely delivery of projects meeting the stakeholders expectations
• Manages Enterprise Cyber Security Programs. Must Have Cyber Security experience
• Leads the agile methodology adoption throughout the organization and manages a team of Scrum Masters/Project Managers
• Develops budget and detailed operating plan for the projects by creating an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Provides strategic planning which includes identifying, communicating, and directing critical activities to support project delivery
• Ensures team deliverables are achieved and provides timely, concise communications to functional and executive leadership regarding project status and pending issues
• Escalates to executive leadership organizational changes that need to be addressed upstream and downstream to ensure that the bottleneck to delivering customer value is removed
• Owns the development and management of Agile SOPs and develops and implements repeatable standard operating procedures and communication processes to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely, cost effective, and efficient manner
• Manages the team of Project Managers, ensuring they get the required trainings & support to execute their responsibilities and also manages their performance and appraisals, provides on-going management, objective setting and training plans for all direct reports
• Participates in goal/KPI setting and budget making process for the team
• Implements quality programs and makes necessary updates to maintain compliance with corporate quality program and third party accreditation, where applicable
• Works with Project Managers to establish agile teams to support product/software development
• Participates in and assists in developing monitoring activities to support improvement and accuracy in documentation
• Organizes programs and activities that align with the mission and goals of the organization and manages new programs to support the long-term and short-term strategic direction
• Maintains cross coordination with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies
• Produces accurate and timely reporting on programs status throughout its life cycle
• Develops RFPs with suppliers and supervises the execution of projects while monitoring suppliers

What your background should look like Experience & Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 5+ years of directly-related or relevant experience with 2+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.
