About the Role & Team

To support the Creative Operations Manager and wider Disney+ teams across EMEA and the US in the project management and operational execution of creative marketing campaigns.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week

What You Will Do

• Supervising campaign project workflows and timelines proactively ensuring targets are met by all parties.

• Coordinate creative approvals across various workstreams for Regional and EMEA local markets, working closely with the Regional Creative, Regional marketing, local EMEA markets, and US teams.

• Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.

• Collate all required asset information as needed from multiple sources per campaign, including compliance, marketing, creative.

• Monitor and track Creative approvals from our regional and local market teams, routing these to accurate approvers

• Support communication between Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers.

• Responsible for ensuring accurate planning tools and operational processes are in place to complete projects. Proactively looking for opportunities to optmise and make efficiencies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Shown experience at Supervisor level preferable, ideally within a multi-territory production environment

• An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process

• Working knowledge of creative localisation workflows and practises

• Experience of working with schedules.

• Strong planning and prioritisation skills.

• Shown experience of working with multi territory teams.
