About the role

We are recruiting for an Education Administrator to support degree programmes within the Faculty. This post is expected to primarily support Undergraduate programs and to be mainly based at the Hampstead Campus.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of local programme teams, which will include academic and professional services staff and will work across a wide range of education administration activities. They will be the primary point of contact for students and academic staff working within their teams to provide the best possible experience for our students.

The post is graded at GRADE 6, the annual salary for which ranges from £34,605 to £39,980 (including London Allowance).

The appointment is available now and is a permanent position.

About you

You will be able to build effective working relationships with a wide range of colleagues throughout UCL by using your communication and interpersonal skills.

You are proactive and able to organise your own workload and can work both independently and as part of a team.

You can produce accurate work and have great attention to detail.

You should be able to work in a busy environment and able to prioritise your work and problem-solve effectively.
