Rate of Pay: 5% above NMW

Contract available: Permanent, Minimum 20 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days per week

The Coffee House is proud to announce an exciting new position as a Warehouse Operative in our warehouse, based in Warrington.

The Coffee House is a chain of independent coffee shops based across the North West of England and North Staffordshire, We opened our first store in Lymm village in 2011 with the vision to change the way people eat, drink and relax and have been continuing to grow the business ever since! About you

As a family oriented business we are looking for people who can come and join our journey who share the same passion and enthusiasm for genuine hospitality.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be a vital part of our operation, ensuring all orders are picked accurately and efficiently. Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within a warehouse environment, however full training will be provided.

About the Role:

• You will support the warehouse team with receiving goods in.
• Picking for all our stores in preparation for the evening delivery.
• Understanding the process of preparing orders, managing the stock system.
• Help identify issues with stock shortages.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy and a safe environment at all times.
• Be aware and compliant of all company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements for the role:

• Be available to work 20 hours minimum per week 5 out of 7 days.
• Reliability is a key attribute for this role.
• Good attention to detail, and confidence with following processes.
• Be a team player.
• Please note this role is a physically demanding role, and involves manual handling.
