Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Information & Cyber Security (ICS) requires a Training and Awareness Support Associate for the Cyber Security Education, Awareness and Communications (EAC) Team they will work within the ICS Education, Awareness, and Communication function. An experienced Support Associate will be responsible for assisting in supporting the EAC team globally across WTW. Providing help and support with day-to-day tasks within the EAC team.
You will be reporting to Global Head of Education, Awareness, and communications, Information Cyber Security.
The Role:
This role will support the activities of Information Cyber Security (ICS), Education, Awareness and Communications (EAC) department, supporting the delivery of global cyber security training, behavioural change programs, maintaining relevant training collateral and intranet site, supporting simulated phishing tests/campaigns, and ICS communications.
The role will include:
- Supporting delivery of a mandatory corporate training program by ensuring that users who have not completed the mandatory training module after the due date, are reminded accordingly to complete.
- Working with the key WTW stakeholders to ensure effective communication related to Information Cyber Security Matters
- Assisting in maintaining the ICS intranet site “CyberHub” based on modern SharePoint.
- Assist and support other members of the Security Awareness and Training team to ensure their deliverables are met.
- Calendar management
- Travel management
