As a Redress Administrator you will be part of our customer facing team within the Customer Solutions Programme. Essential Skills

· Outstanding customer service

· Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel & Teams

· Strong telephony communication

· Capable to manage own time & priorities to ensure targets are met

· Ability to identify and adopts ways to perform tasks in a more efficient and effective manner
