About the roleYou will work closely with the Teaching Administrators (TA) and academic tutors to provide effective and responsive support for education activity. You will take responsibility for a specific set of modules and/or programmes allocated by the Team Manager/Deputy Team Manager. Responsibilities include arranging timetables, ensuring that course materials are accurate, assisting students with queries and providing extensive support to the Teaching Administrators during the examination and assessment period. The postholder will be part of a large teaching team and will be expected to share good practice and workload where necessary and appropriate. About youEducated to GCSE standard or equivalent with a minimum of grade C for GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) is essential as is the ability to work flexibly, effectively and collaboratively with immediate team and other colleagues across the Faculty and wider UCL community and excellent IT skills with experience of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), other tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and the use of internet.
